Enjoy a safe and simple routine for moving your body. Combining music, fun and fitness, your instructor will guide you through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, improve cardiovascular conditioning, and enhance range of movement for daily living and activities. Classmates use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and Silver Sneakers ball. A chair is provided if needed for seating and standing.
